Where to look
In portal.forepath.io, open your organization, then the proposals or delivery section for your engagement. Status labels reflect the current commercial and delivery stage (for example draft, sent, accepted, in delivery, acceptance).
Reading status

Proposal or quote. Review scope and commercial terms before acceptance.

SOW or order. Binding scope and milestones after acceptance or signature, per your process.

Delivery. Track milestones and blockers agreed at kickoff.

Acceptance. Approve, reject with reasons, or request rework through the path your engagement uses.

Changes after acceptance
Scope changes need a commercial contact on your side and a written change path with ForePath. Do not assume chat agreement alone updates the SOW.
