Expected behavior
When your organization has billing enabled, the portal shows invoice lists or balances for the active organization. Switching organization changes which invoices you see.
If billing looks empty

Confirm the organization context.

Confirm your role is allowed to view billing.

Hard-refresh the browser. If lists that load over REST appear but live widgets stay spinning, see Troubleshooting (WebSocket vs REST).

Ask whether invoices are issued in Decabill only for your contract.
Rates and plans
