Navigate organizations in the portal
Organization context
Almost everything in portal.forepath.io is scoped to an organization. After sign-in, check the organization name in the
header or organization switcher before you open proposals, billing, or member lists.
Switch or confirm the organization
1. Open the organization switcher if your user belongs to more than one organization.
2. Select the customer organization for the engagement you mean.
3. Refresh the page if lists still look empty after a switch.
Wrong organization is a common reason menus look incomplete. It is not the same as a platform outage.
Members and roles
Administrators manage who can access the organization. If you need a higher role or cannot see a section, ask an
organization administrator rather than sharing credentials.
